Frequently Asked Questions
What are the venue features?
How many guests can you host?
Our Rose Grand Hall is equipped to comfortably seat 125 guests for both ceremony and reception without having to transition the spaces. We do have the capability to accommodate larger weddings, however the ceremony space and reception space will occur in the same location meaning the reception tables will need to be brought out and arranged during the cocktail hour.
For your convenience we have attached floor plans to help better visualize the potential layouts of the space. Additional configurations can be discussed during your consultation appointment.
Is there on-site parking available?
Yes, we have a paved parking lot equipped with over 60 parking spots. If additional parking is required, we do have grass parking as well.
Are there hotel accommodations nearby?
Yes! Our venue is a parking lots distance away from both the Holiday Inn Express and Comfort Inn hotels. This makes for a very quick, and safe journey home after a long night of celebrations.
Are tables and chairs provided?
Yes, we provide chairs to accommodate up to 125 guests for the ceremony and 125 chairs for the reception. If there are additional guests in attendance the chairs will need to be shared between the two spaces. A combination of round and rectangular tables are standard but we can accommodate specific layouts upon request.
Do you provide table linens, cups, and silverware?
We do provide taupe table linens for all of our provided tables. If you would prefer to use your own linens please just let us know. Additional cutlery is not provided by the venue.
What are the finer details?
What is the payment structure?
After the deposit has been made, the remaining balance is split up into three additional payments. For wedding dates reserved more than 12-months in advance the payment structure would be 30% due 12-months out, 30% due 6-months out and 10% due 60-days out. For weddings dates reserved less than 12-months in advance the payment structure would be 30% due 9-months out, 30% due 6-months out and 10% due 60-days out.
What is the down-payment required to reserve my date?
We require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of your contract price that is due upon contract signing to reserve your date.
Is there a security deposit required?
Although we do not require an up-front security deposit we do require a credit card be kept on file. We reserve the right to place a $500 hold on this card for damages or missing items that the venue has provided.
Is there a cleaning fee?
A standard cleaning fee is included in the venue rental. We do require all trash be collected and bagged for disposal. If the venue is left in a condition that requires our cleaning team to work longer than usual an additional heavy-duty cleaning fee may be added.
Is set-up and tear down included?
Basic set up of tables and chairs is included in the venue rental. If you would like to have the ceremony or reception spaces set up a specific way we do need to know in advance to prepare accordingly.
Will there be staff on-site during my wedding?
Although we do not have staff on site the entirety of your wedding day we will have a designated member on call to assist with any potential questions or emergencies. A staff member will plan to come by the venue the morning of your wedding day to introduce themselves and ensure everything is set up and ready to go. Additionally, a staff member will return at the conclusion of the evening (11 p.m.) to ensure the property is properly locked up and everyone has safely made their way home.
Is the facility wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. If you or anyone in your party may need the wheelchair accommodations please let us know.
What are we allowed to bring?
Are pets allowed at the venue?
We are avid animal lovers and understand wanting your fur baby to be a part of your special day. If you would like to include your pet in your ceremony please contact us for additional information. All approved pets must have a designated handler at all times and may only be present during the ceremony.
Can I bring in my own vendors?
Absolutely! Although we do have a list of preferred vendors we do not require you make any selections directly off of that list. We do however require that all outside vendors be licensed accordingly and provide us with their liability insurance for your safety and our own. We also require all new vendors make an appointment to walk the venue prior to your wedding day. We want to ensure there is a smooth process for wedding day and eliminate any unknowns and on-site questions they may have.
What is the time frame?
Will there be other weddings the same day?
Your wedding day is all about you! On your wedding day you will have exclusive access to the Rose Grand Hall, Bridal Suite and Groom Suite. As there may be additional events hosted at the venue in adjoining spaces, public Restrooms and Parking may be shared until 2pm.
